  • Project Cost Control and Tracking

    Our experienced Project Managers and Team Leads use established estimating and budgeting processes to control costs throughout the project life cycle. Earned value analysis measures project performance and productivity with the objective of keeping expenditures within the approved budget.

  • Project Tracking and Scheduling

    Lanmark uses MS Project to plan, manage, and deliver work consistently by defining schedule dependent tasks and allocating resources. We ensure projects can be delivered on schedule by developing a key plan, understanding the critical path engineering and procurement, aligning any seasonal construction constraints, and tracking the plan through execution.

  • Project Reporting

    Lanmark tailors its project reporting and status updates to meet our client’s needs. Lanmark has internal processes for managing projects key decisions, identifying solutions that require timely resolutions, documenting communication, and reporting on budget and schedule progress.

  • Client/ EPC/ Vendor Interface Management

    Depending on the requirements of the project and the deliverables, Lanmark utilizes web portals or online SharePoint sites to transmit documents and ensure transfer of information is done in a controlled, secure, and efficient manner.

  • Project Administration

    Our project administration teams support our projects by ensuring they are organized and executed to a high standard and level of quality. Lanmark’s tracking tools allow our clients a high degree of visibility for the work performed and completed.

  • Commissioning/ Construction Team Coordination

    Construction planning and support is part of the initial project planning. Construction managers are integral in developing contractor bid packages, selecting contractors, overseeing onsite construction (if required), and supporting commissioning plans to ensure a facility’s safe and timely start-up.
